With all the hype surrounding this gruesome yet intriguing Korean game show in the mid of 2021, Squid Game is back yet again with its brand-new season! Viewers are more than hyped to get to know what they should be expecting in the latest season of Squid Game, and we wouldn’t want them to wait any longer.

The answer is yes if you wonder whether this show would bring more bloodbaths. According to the director of Squid Game season 2, Hwang Dong-hyuk, there would be more than one killer doll, doubling the threat for its contestants.

As per him, ‘We’ll also be introduced to Young-hee’s boyfriend, Cheol-su.’

Many old and new characters would be appearing in the show, hopefully not being killed off this time. There has yet to be a confirmed date for Squid Game season 2 to be aired on Netflix, but viewers should expect 2024 to stream the deadly game show finally.
