Storyline: It is a non-biological family who uses theft to get by in their impoverished lives. Watch Shoplifters on Hulu that comes in response to reports about poverty and shoplifting in Japan, and was inspired by them. To make ends meet, a Japanese couple who are trapped with part-time work and thus insufficient income resort to theft. The couple’s unique routine is about to alter from carefree and mundane to something more dramatic when they welcome a troubled young girl into their home.
